By accessing or using Anti-Incorporated (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Anti-Incorporated provides hosting services for games, websites, databases, email, and NextCloud storage. We provide these services subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host, distribute, or transmit any content that is illegal under applicable law
• Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law
• Deliberately overload, stress test, or attempt to disrupt our systems or infrastructure
• Violate the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Availability and Uptime SLA

Planned maintenance and updates will be announced to users at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.

Our SLA covers only our infrastructure and services, not issues caused by user actions or configurations.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, host, or transmit through the Service. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Termination and Illegal Content

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

If we discover illegal content (including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or other illegal materials), we are required by law to report such content to the appropriate authorities. This may include providing all information we have on file, including personal information and uploaded files. We may also immediately disable access to your account to prevent evidence tampering or continued distribution of illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anti-Incorporated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date and by sending a service update email to all users as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, except where users are located in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be contracted around (such as GDPR in the European Union, CCPA in California, LGPD in Brazil, POPIA in South Africa, and similar data protection and consumer protection laws in other jurisdictions).
